Ik ben een gepassioneerde, transparante, no-nonsense, pragmatische en resultaatgerichte Procurement Leader en pas mijn meer dan 30 jaar inkoopervaring toe voor het creëren van "Toegevoegde Waarde" voor de inkoopvraagstukken van organisaties. Ik had het genoegen om expertise op te doen in verschillende organisaties, zowel multinationals als enterprise, PR en NPR Sourcing, waaronder In- en Outsourcing en Procurement Transformaties. Ik heb diepgaande kennis van P2P-processen en heb reeds aanzienlijke toegevoegde waarde geleverd in het vereenvoudigen van deze naar "Fit for Purpose". Daarnaast pas ik “Collaboration Excellence” toe, ben ik ambassadeur van Lean Six Sigma en krijg ik energie van het coachen en ontwikkelen van zowel individuen als teams.

For optimal procurement results it's crucial that involvement is secured from the start of the demand. To ensure this, procurement team members must be sublime "psychologist" in building and maintaining relations and taking away obstacles and resistance.

Not only interacting with the internal Stakeholders but also with the Suppliers, in order to become a "Customer of Choice".


Stakeholder Management, how to:

·        Engage: become a trusted and valued member of the stakeholder organization

·        Listen: listen first, before telling the stakeholder what to do (or not to do)!

·        Align: goals, interests, strategies. Become "Allies" in the approach towards the market and suppliers.

·        Improve: specifications, processes --> faster, cheaper, better = Lean Six Sigma


Supplier Management, how to:

·        build trust: be transparent. Say what you do and do what you say! Pay in time!

·        Initiate Innovation: listen to, and challenge suppliers for alternative solutions that could establish a Win/Win.


Fine tuning and expertise of the above comes over time, generation diversity in procurement teams is important and pays off!
